Tujunga Homes For Sale

Tujunga is a neighborhood of the city of Los Angeles California located in the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains. Many of the houses are near wooded areas and have a convenient access to major freeways.  The homes have the luxuries of vacation homes and the freeway access that fits a urban lifestyle.

Most Tujunga residents work in the San Fernando/San Gabriel Valleys, Downtown Los Angeles, Pasadena, Glendale or Burbank.

Tujunga has some of the lowest crime rates in the county. A relaxed, safe neighborhood, conveniently placed for access to Burbank studios, Pasadena, Downtown LA and many hiking routes. Tujunga is becoming an increasingly desirable place to live.

Though Sunland and Tujunga began as separate settlements, they are today linked through a single police station, branch library, neighborhood council, chamber of commerce, City Council district, and high school and various civic organizations. The merging of these communities under a hyphenated name goes back as far as 1928. Sunland-Tujunga contains the highest point of the city, Mount Lukens.
